It is so important to know if drinking water while eating is best for a proper digestion.
In human being, the mouth forms saliva while eating as it contains digestive enzymes, that helps in food break down.
These enzymes are very important in creating a healthy process in digestion.
The stomach, contains some gastric juices that helps not only in digestion but serves also as a weapon in killing bacteria that which we consume alongside the food we eat.
It is necessary that these juices works properly, as they help to break down food and allow the stomach to contract and pulverize food into a state that can be pushed to the small intestine.
The liver is also important as once nutrients are taken from the food we eat they are sent through the bloodstream to the liver.

From there, the liver supplies the nutrients to different areas of the body required.
It determines what to keep for later and what to utilize right away.
The liver requires an ample amount of water to function and do its job properly.

TO DRINK OR NOT?

Excess consumption of water, during meals can interfere with the natural
and necessary levels of bile and stomach acid, which will slow down the digestion process and reduce the body’s ability to produce the required enzymes needed to digest foods properly.
Without proper digestion, a build up of toxic waste can take place, no matter what you are eating.
Drinking cold water is known to slow down digestion, thus creating cramps.
It is clear that drinking water 30 minutes before and after you eat aids the digestive process, as it helps to keep the body hydrated which results in optimal digestion.
Some, who can't eat without drinking should avoid drinking too much, then after, wait for 30 minutes after eating before drinkin.
